Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberres 
- 1/3 cup chia seeds 
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or other sweetener 
- juice of 1/2 a lemon 
Instructions
- add blueberries, chia, maple syrup, & lemon juice to a pot 
- let is cook on medium low heat. The berries will pop as they cook 
- mash with a fork or potato masher as it cooks 
- once it comes to a simmer, cook for about 5 minutes 
- let chill and refrigerate. The jam will set as it cools.
