Hearty, healthy, chickpea salad
10 minutes, that’s all you need!
Ingredients (for two)
- 1 can of chickpeas (or 1/2 cups of cooked) 
- 1 red pepper, diced 
- 1 yellow pepper, diced 
- 2 celery stalks, diced 
- 1/4 sweet onion (minced) 
- 1/3 cup Honey dijon dressing (or store bought) 
Instructions
- drain and rinse canned chickpeas 
- add chickpeas and all the other ingredients to a bowl 
- toss & enjoy
